Starting this month, you’ll see a series of major changes, all aimed at making our educational offerings more open, transparent, and easy to use. Full Access to Our VA Research Vault

First, the heart of our new approach: open-sourcing our research. For years, we’ve compiled extensive data, how-to guides, and best practices on everything from billing compliance to optimizing VA referrals. We’ve packaged it into various online modules, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions. But as of April, we’re giving all of our customers—and in many cases, the wider home care industry—direct access to these materials.

That means if you’ve ever found yourself wondering how to position your agency for a steady flow of VA referrals, you’ll soon have on-demand access to a step-by-step playbook. If you’ve got a manager who struggles with time-consuming billing processes, our newly expanded resource library will walk them through automation tools and compliance best practices. And if your entire team wants to level up your business operations, you’ll find comprehensive training, case studies, and real-world tactics ready to go.

Why open-source? Because many of you told us the current system—where you might have to wait for a webinar or schedule a coaching session—just wasn’t cutting it. You want immediate access, exactly when you need it. We hear you, and we agree. We’re removing the gatekeeping so you can learn at your own pace and apply strategies faster.

Three New Growth Coaches

Next, let’s talk about our new Growth Coaches. While open-sourced content is great, sometimes you need a personal touch—someone who’s been in the trenches of home care marketing, operations, and compliance. We’ve just finalized contracts with three experienced coaches who’ve made their mark in the VA space and beyond. They’ll each bring a unique set of skills to the table, whether it’s deep knowledge of Medicaid billing, a knack for doubling an agency’s census in under a year, or decades of experience working directly with veterans’ organizations.

One of these coaches will be dedicated exclusively to a single brand (yours might be one of them!), because feedback told us that you want deeper, brand-specific guidance. No more bouncing around from general session to general session—if your agency is affiliated with that brand, you’ll know exactly which expert to call.

In addition to this one-on-one support, we’re also rolling out more industry-expert webinars than ever before—designed not just for our customers, but for the entire home care community. We’re tapping top minds to share insights on:
